Courses can be chosen in consultation with a Faculty of Education adviser or the subject course director. 24 credits in the teaching subject area must be completed prior to enrolling in ED/FAST 3051 6.00. First Teaching Subject Candidates must complete 36 credits from courses having a family focus in anthropology, humanities, psychology, social sciences or sociology, or 18 credits with a combination of family-focused courses across anthropology, humanities, psychology, social sciences or sociology and up to 18 credits from early childhood education, health studies or fashion studies. Second Teaching Subject Candidates must complete 24 credits from courses having a family focus in anthropology, humanities, psychology, social sciences or sociology, or 12 credits with a combination of family focused courses across anthropology, humanities, psychology, social sciences or sociology and up to 12 credits from early childhood education, health studies or fashion studies.
