Student and Alumni Relations Unit and Master's Office

Atkinson's Student and Alumni Relations Unit (STARS) and Master's Office offer meaningful ways for students, alumni and faculty/staff to participate in programs that promote community involvement, development and celebration. Initiatives include the following:

• Student-Alumni Mentorship program which links upper-year Atkinson students to alumni, based on common career interests;
• SHARE (peer-to-peer) mentorship program which supports new students during their initial transition period;
• TEAM student ambassador program which provides volunteering and skills building opportunities for students;
• Community Development Fund to support student and faculty projects that focus on community development;
• New student orientation, convocation and student awards celebrations;
• Atkinson Beat e-newsletter to students and the Encore magazine for alumni; as well as,
• A host of other initiatives that encourage student leadership development as well as active participation of all Atkinson community members.
