Visiting Students

Visiting students already hold an undergraduate degree, or are currently attending another recognized university and wish to take Faculty of Arts courses on a letter of permission issued by their home institution. More information is available from the Admissions Office or the Web site www.yorku.ca/admissions.

Auditors

Auditors attend classes and participate in a course in the same way as other students, but do not submit assignments or write tests or examinations. Students registered for a degree at York University may audit a course in the Faculty of Arts provided they obtain the permission of the course director. Persons from outside the University may request permission to audit up to 18 credits.
